“As Needed” – This area of giving is intended for your regular tithe.  It is called “As Needed” since it allows the church to utilize your giving for a variety of ministry areas in the general operations budget, including payment toward our existing mortgage, as it may be necessary.  Otherwise, this is the fund that covers the operational and ministry expenses of the church.

“Building Mortgage” – This option is for those who have a desire to designate a separate amount of money, above and beyond the tithe to “As Needed” giving, and is intended as a payment toward our existing mortgage.  Our monthly mortgage payment totals $1,610.
